IMMEDIATE NEED! Successful law firm in downtown Chicago is shorthanded and has an immediate need for someone to provide Tier 2 Desktop Support . Calls are escalated to this person from Level 1 support personnel in a separate location. In addition to taking care of general PC, laptop, printer needs for users, the support tech will also set up video conferencing and any A/V or IT needs for meetings.
Must have experience providing Level 2 support and setting up Video Conferencing for meetings.
